Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Gatelit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Gatelit is an AI gateway that provides provider routing, observability, prompt management, and access control for Large Language Model (LLM) APIs. The Service is currently in early access and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User accounts

Access to the Service requires a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). You are responsible for complying with those providers' terms of service and for any costs incurred through your use of their APIs. Gatelit is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of third-party LLM providers.

6. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to code, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Gatelit and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your prompts and API responses remain your intellectual property.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Gatelit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. In no event shall Gatelit's liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.
