When you sign up for the Gatelit waitlist, we collect your email address and any information you voluntarily provide (such as your current tools and use case). We use Resend to store contact information and send transactional emails.

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use third-party analytics scripts. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

2. How we use your information

We use your email address to:

• Send you updates about Gatelit's early access availability
• Respond to inquiries or support requests
• Send transactional emails (confirmation of waitlist signup)

3. Data storage and third-party services

Gatelit uses Resend as an email infrastructure provider. When you submit the waitlist form, your email and optional survey responses are processed by Resend's API and stored in their contact database. Resend's privacy policy can be found at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Gatelit's application data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL database) and deployed on Cloudflare. Both providers adhere to industry-standard security practices.

4. Data retention

We retain your email and waitlist information until you request its deletion. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Unsubscribe from communications (all emails include an unsubscribe link)

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If you are on the waitlist, we will notify you of material changes via email.
